You will need to supply your Certificate number to login.
     Your Certificate number can be found in the CPS roster, on the mailing label of the Ensign following "ENS"
     or by e-mailing a request for help.

Scroll down the screen and double click on your name to open a screen where you can enter changes.

This link will not display cell numbers. Hopefully this will be corrected soon.
     The data and form are housed on the National website and I have no control over the programming.
     Cell numbers entered will be sent to the CPS database for inclusion in the annual roster and roster updates.

REMEMBER to click update before leaving the page. Your information will be sent to the CPS roster chairman in minutes. You will receive a confirmation once the CPS and USPS rosters have been updated.
